Camouflaged Communication Tower #2 Mystery Cache

In an effort to make man made objects blend in more with their environment, some clever disguises have been developed.  There are some good examples of these in Duluth.  Some communication towers have been transformed from their usual designs.  If these were geocache hides they would be XXXXL size containers.  You need to locate and identify the object. It is visible from this location. Then enter it's name into the Certitude checker below to get the final coordinates.
