The coordinates lead you to a historical marker in a cemetery, however the final cache is not in this cemetery, and you do not need to enter the cemetery to complete the cache.
Cemeteries have many stories to tell. Some are easily listened to, some need addition input to fully understand what the inhabitants are trying to tell us. Either way, these people endured many things to begin the process of us becoming us. The hardships are evident, but to what degree we will probably never know. Sometimes there is nothing left but the stories told by the headstones. But the stories are here, just waiting for someone to accept.
Once you read the historical marker at the published coordinates, on the bottom right of the marker is the 4 digit year the marker was placed (in parenthesis). Using the following formula, Subsitute the first number in the year for A, and the fourth number of the year for B:
N30 05.AB2; W96 34.805
to check, add all the numbers of the latitude - it should equal 18.

To Enter these coordinates using the official Geocaching app (IOS):
while navigating to the above coordiates using the map mode, press the 3 dots on the top right of the screen
select Add Waypoint
change name, latitude, and longitude, and press done
you will be returned to the map with a flag showing the above newly added waypoint.
Click on the flag, and select set as target.
continue to navigate (using map or compass) to the newly added waypoint.
