Event registration begins at 2pm and will go as follows:
Upon arrival teams will check in at the “Time Desk” where your packet will be stamped and signed with your arrival time. You will then proceed to the back patio where you will hand over your packet (including you photo checklist, cache checklist with secret words, ftf cards, and puzzles) and ONE sd card. Only ONE card will be accepted for viewing so make sure you only use ONE device for your photos. Camera MUST have a removable SD card, no cell phone, tablet, or ipods will be accepted.
Your pictures will be viewed and your packets will be evaluated for points.
Teams arriving between:
2:00 - 2:15pm will receive 20 points
2:15 - 2:30pm will receive 15 points
2:30 - 2:45pm will receive 10 points
2:45 - 3:00pm will receive 5 points
Teams arriving after 3:00pm will have 20 points deducted.
Awards to follow scoring.
Food and drink are available at the Stands front order desk. Management has been gracious enough to allow everyone to order on there own, thus sparing us a large deposit. Once any orders are placed, you will be given a table marker and your food will be brought to you. Food is American and includes burgers (beef, turkey, veggie), hot dogs, sausages, sandwiches, salads, sides, desserts, and a kids menu. Beer and wine will also be available.
