Per raggiungere la piccola frazione di Caino si sale da Domaso passando per Vercana. La strada termina con un parcheggio e pochi metri sotto si trova la chiesa di San Sebastiano, risalente al XVII sec., da cui si gode una magnifica vista sull'alto lago di Como. Attorno alla chiesa c'è un giardino con panchine, ideale per sostare e godere della vista. Non bisogna tralasciare però una visita a Caino, autentico borgo di pietra, con le minuscole vie che si intrecciano in un dedalo intricato.
To reach the small village of Caino you can go up from Domaso through Vercana. The road ends in a parking lot and a few meters below is the church of San Sebastiano, dating from the seventeenth century, which offers a magnificent view on the high Como lake. Around the church there is a garden with benches, ideal to stop and enjoy the view. We must not forget, however, a visit to Cain, authentic stone village, with tiny streets that are weaved in a intricate maze.
