The Woodland Trust manages an area of woodland between the river North Esk and the A701 through Penicuik. The paths here are a mixture of hard surface, hard core and muddy woodland tracks. These caches are placed with the permission of The Woodland Trust.
This cache is near the river. Please take care with children and dogs. There has been erosion of the bank nearby. The access can be muddy and is unsuitable for wheelchairs. Cache placed with the kind permission of The Woodland Trust.
