Hidden near one of the main trails in this nice forest land. Best parking at the coordinates posted below. These trails here have many uses, including hiking, cross-country skiing, horseback riding, and of course geocaching. Cache is a pill bottle that holds a log and pencil only. No need to go too far into the woods here (where you may find a few thorny bushes).

About Kinnickinnic County Forest
The Kinnickinnic County Forest is approximately 80 acres of forestland in Section 26 of Kinnickinnic Township. The forest is located on Evergreen Drive approximately a half mile east of County Road JJ.
The County has owned and managed the land since May of 1959. The site was originally obtained for youth forestry education. The Kinnickinnic Forest is managed for multi-use, including timber production, recreation and education.
Existing facilities include a parking lot and hiking trails.
The forest was thinned in 2006 and is open for hunting.
