Geocache Description:

This cache is relatively easy, it could be considered a PNG but it's not on any light poles. You'll need to reach through some plants to get it.

This cache is located in Highland Village. A development constructed in the 1950s, when it was built it was advertised as being on the west side of town and near the "country". Now to get to the country you need to drive at least 20 miles. To even get to the west side of town you need to drive abut 10 miles. As time has passed the original smaller ranch style homes have been added onto and in some cases even demolished for "McMansions" or even more recently town homes. The cache as the name suggests is located in a chicane. The chicane is City of Houston property while all surroundings homes are obviously private residences. The nearest neighbors have been notified but don't be surprised by some strange looks from others. This area is frequented by dog walkers from the near by apartment complexes so bringing a dog or stroller may help as Muggle cover. The cache is inside of a hide that I have never seen used before. So don't be afraid to open it if you're unsure. Be sure to BYOP.

Edit: Congratulations to Austin Wrubel on being the FTF! I was able to meet him and his Caching Group. Thank you for the kind words. I'm glad I got a cache to meet him!

Spoiler info:

The spoiler is actually the solution so please be aware before checking it. A better hint would be "An oasis in the desert" Also please be sure to stay on the chicane. The yard next to the chicane is private property. When walking on the chicane please DO NOT walk in the plants. There is a small brick section to stand on, that is on the same side as the road. If traffic is an issue you can stand on the other side of the chicane be sure to stay on the chicane and not venture into the lawn though.
