Now that we no longer live out in the country, Spark misses being able to see the beautiful sunsets. The location of this cache is a usually quiet spot where one can enjoy an unobstructed view without having to drive far from the edge of town.
Spark sometimes hums the old song "Beyond the Sunset" while watching the magnificent display of colors. Spark's father loved that song. That good, kind man passed away in 2012. So this cache is also a tribute to him.
The cache is just a basic park-and-grab. Please put it back exactly as you found it. The area is not scenic in and of itself. We recommend that you visit on a clear evening as the sun slips below the horizon, with just enough light left to see. Pause for at least a few minutes after you make your find. Take some deep breaths and just savor the peace and the beauty of the sky.
