Geocache Description:

This geocache is placed with permission. You will need small flat head screwdriver to open cache. No pen inside. Big enough to hold a travel bug tag. Many things drive a person to Geocache but sometimes people are on the fence about it.

 

There are many clues I have put already. But easy with in the property boundaries.
