To find Vicky's cache you must first visit her to older brothers, Ricky and Micky. If you able to win there trust they will reveal to you a clue as to were she can be found. The difficulty of this cache is simply in the challenge of finding the other and obtaining the coordinates from them.
Owner note: After this cache becoming contentiously waterlogged I have drilled a few small holes in the cache so any water can drain away, Hopefully that this will help water naturally drain away, though this will be made useless if the cache is not replaced properly. With the cache having fallen from its position and being difficult to retrieve I have come up with a potential solution to this to hopefully make it easier to retrieve if it falls again.
