This cache is near a hotel in the area. Park in the lot and it's an easy walk from there. Sorry, I don't do PNG's, this one will take some hunting and a little geo-sense. There is a small pen in the container but you best bring your own. Note: YOU CANNOT ACCESS THIS FROM Philly Rd. Please do not try.
