This cache is being setout to greet visitors and non vistors to the wonderfull City Of Montrose. Pull off the road as if you were going to visit the Montrose Animal Shelter. There you should have no problem finding parking. There are many spots where the cache could be and with how the cache is hidden it may pose somewhat of a challenge. Enojy and BYOP!
