I have heard that Geocaching is what happens when geeks go outside. I know that this is true for me. Lol. And like many geeks, I got my start as a math geek. My favorite was geometry. So of course pi day was always one of my favorites. This year's pi day is even more special because it extends another 2 digits to 3.1415! I figured this sounded like a good enough reason to have a little get together. After talking to a few of my fellow cachers at the most recent Third Tuesday event, I was even more convinced. A few of you suggested that we meet at a pizza pie place and this one seemed perfect. They even spell it perfectly. My Pi. Even better, this place is attached to the local movie theater so you can catch a movie either before or after the event if you like. :-)
We thought that it would be a good idea to meet between 5:00 and 8:00 pm. That gives everyone time to grab a few caches in the area, either before or after. Please let us know how many will be in your party so we can let them know how many people to expect. Looking forward to seeing you all there!
