This is a small cache to memorialize Nonnie (wife, mom, grandma) at the cabin she so loved. Not a difficult cache to locate at all. A 35mm film container zip-tied to a small tree (won't be buried under snow during the winter). This cache was done because as my grandson got older, he wanted his "Nonnie" to go on a "treasure hunt" with him. He is now 3 and loves to cache, but currently Nonnie is unable to visit, and is soon to pass to the angels. Enclosed in the cache is a small cross. nothing sacred or special about it (outside of the normal meaning), but we would like to leave a cross in the container for her, so if you feel the need to trade an item please leave a small cross only.

Please be aware that there is a family of bears in the area, so during the spring and summer months, keep an eye out. Certainly not a problem, and the cache is not back into the woods so there really is no need to worry, just giving you safety info. This will literally take you 2 minutes to locate, sign the log, and get a smiley. Happy hunting!
