Marko Ramius: I regret to inform you that the Center for Natural Lands Management, the land owner of the Rancho La Costa Habitat Conservation Area, has asked us to archive all of the caches in this area. We have requested more dialog on this topic in the hopes that we might establish reasonable guidelines for the future of caching here, but for now we much archive all the caches.
