You will reach this cache from Gargrave West ~ Hollow.
There is no need to go into the wood, the cache can be reached from the field
If you look back now towards Coniston Cold, you'll see the Parish Church of St Peter in the distance. And I always thought of Coniston Cold as a hamlet!
Continue up the hill, through the gate, then diagonally towards the far left hand side of the field, and the exit from the field next to the house.
Then turn left along the track past the bungalow, and the gate ahead of you has the yellow footpath arrow on it.
