Kompleks od dvije zgrade na lokaciji današnje Ružićeve 12 navodno je bio namijenjen za rad pivovare. U zgradi s pročeljem koje gleda na cestu bila je smještena upravna zgrada, a u zgradi s pročeljem okrenutim prema stijenama pogon i točiona.
The two-building complex at the location of today’s Ružićeva Street no. 12 was allegedly intended for the purposes of the brewery. The facility facing the Street housed the administration building and the facility facing the rocks housed the production plant and the filling station.
