This cache is West of arriving at the junction of Coomies walk and Mermaids Inlet. There is the option of going to the "The Tunnel of Doom" and "Little Mermaids Inlet" both worth the side trip for the views and spectacular rock formations.
Heading South along Coomies walk will take you further on the return loop of Coomies walk returning to Currarong at the "Fork in the Road" and Bosom Beach.
At this point of the walk we have returned to the Eucalyps and the larger trees of the forest. The soil being of better quality than in the Heathland. Still sitting on Sandstone but enough good soil to accommodate the larger trees.
