When I first moved here, I recall seeing an ATM at this location and suddenly, mysteriously, it vanished. All that remains now is a concrete island and the frame of the awning. I don't now how successful you will be making wire transfers, withdrawals and deposits but you can get some cache out of here. The good news is that there will be no ATM fees for doing so.
Tons of muggles everywhere, just about any time. I would not disturb the two boards covering the square hole. The cache is not in there. I promise. You can trust me on this. In fact, you can take that to the bank. There are two possible ways to retrieve the cache: the easy way and the hard way. Unfortunately, the previous finders can have some bearing on which way you'll have to go depending on how they put it back.
