Twelve earthquakes centered near the old Texas Stadium site in Irving jolted North Texans on Tuesday and into 1/7/15 Wednesday morning. The U.S. Geological Survey confirmed there was another earthquake overnight on Wednesday afternoon, which now brings the total to 12 in the last 24 hours. The two largest quakes: a 3.5 magnitude event at 3:10 p.m. and a 3.6 magnitude tremor at 6:52 p.m. You are near the 3.5 Quake, which was at the exit from 183 to this service road , just 1000 or so yards south of here. The 3.6 occurred at the end other end of International Parkway at the Trinity River.
