Geocache Description:

No 1 of 24 for W (Winchcombe) Series.
From Suggested Parking down lane towards Winchcombe take second FP on right (see Trailhead)
Black and White Screw Dish container.

This is the start of my W (Winchcombe) series, 24 caches + Series Gathering Bonus (GC5MN7N),

Mostly easy caches but the odd challenging one for variety.

A series of 9 miles with Highs and Lows starting at the Cotswold Heights and descending to River Isbourne in Winchcombe, it is about 4 miles to Winchcombe and a great place for Lunch in one of the hostelries or cafes (see waypoint on W 9 for directions), you then return to the heights and some of the best views in the area. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did when placing. Enjoy.

W 15 is a multi GZ is later on in the series.

One of my Church Micros is between W 22 & W 23 being (GC5M6N7), a fantastic view from GZ, Ohh and one of my CTCs on the way to W 1 from suggested parking (GC5MNC4)

Four of the caches (this being one) have been donated by my mentor and caching hero wrighty, you will have no trouble deciding which ones they are as they are true wrighty quality.

NB W 9 & W 12 Have been archived due to continual theft, sorry.
