MaltaBella had decided to place two caches near-by that required "post-holing" through hip-deep snow. I'd had different plans but, well as plans go, they didn't pan out. It was beautiful on the trail, where I should have stayed. People who know me know that I seldom wear boots, so placing the first two hides was... fun? The shoes filled with snow and the socks became soaked. Ah, now that's livin' ! So we got back to the car and I was ready to head for warmth and MB says, "Let's place one more". Off we go to the other side of the road and quickly placed the cache. The good news is that I can feel my feet again.
Guess it's time to get some boots...
