Winkler TB Inn Traditional Cache

I needed a TB Hotel close to home. Cache is placed with permission of the owner. There is no need to go inside the fence as it is reachable from outside the fence. Please use stealth as the Red River Community College is across the street and has a few mugglers out for a smoke.
