TJACS: I finally got a chance to drive through downtown and check on this. Depressing. Hennepin Ave looks like a war zone. The beacons are all gone. Presumably to prevent loitering by the transients. So glad I don't work down here anymore. I used to call downtown home, now I can't think of a good reason to visit. The Super Bowl completely ruined it for me. Sad.
