Daisy's Second Traditional Cache

St Constantine’s Cells are manmade caves built into the river bank, 40 feet above the river.  The cells are said to have been used by monks as far back as the 14^th century as a place of refuge during border raids. Local legend says they were used by St Constantine when he was a hermit. When I bark in the cells it makes a huge noise (my humans aren’t too pleased when I do this haha).

This is a small container which I can carry easily in my mouth. I love all the smells you can find here and sometimes there are little creatures that I like to chase, in and around the ROOTS. I don’t like to chew those stones though they hurt my teeth. `Some room for very small swaps, please bring your own pen. GPS coordinates may not be perfect due to heavy tree cover but I tried my best!

Please be very careful on some of the paths as they run alongside the River Eden with very steep drops at times! Keep little humans close and take care. My humans always wear wellies in the woods, I don’t know why because I like to squish my toes in the mud AND roll around in it!
