The posted coordinates are at the large outdoor chess board in Crosshaven. Finding the solution does not require any special image manipulation tools. You do not need any knowledge whatever of the rules of chess, or chess notation. Even if you have never played a game of chess in your life, this puts you at no disadvantage in finding the solution. Your powers of observation alone are needed to solve this puzzle.
