McLeans Forest is the perfect place for family and friends to enjoy a relaxing day out. With a 10 km walking track, a 15.5 km mountain biking track and a large picnic area with toilet facilities, people of all ages can have an enjoyable time. Walking and mountain biking tracks may be closed from time to time due to forestry operations. Watch out for vehicles and deep water holes which are used for fire-fighting. Mountain bike tracks are one-way only – watch for direction markers.
This is one of several caches placed along the Tressellan mountain bike loop track (9.4km car park to carpark). A bicycle will be the easiest way to collect the cache but there is no reason why you can’t walk or run (the nearby walking tracks or internal forest access rds)….just mind out for bikes!
