The name of this cache no longer makes much sense because the original one was a magnetic "You are under surveillance by GEO Security" patch that was in brazenly full view of everybody who passed by. Thankfully AngieMC thought to take a photo of this so that, although it has now been muggled, it can still be seen on the listing page. Now the cache is a boring magnetic 35mm pot hidden discretely away from view
You should be able to collect the information needed to find the final cache by looking at the floor in the communal walkway, so the first part of this cache will be unavailable at night once cinema-goers have gone home and the place is locked up. It is very unlikely your GPS will guide you to the correct spot as it almost certainly won't work indoors at the listing co-ordinates! However, the 'town centre' should be easy to spot and does not involve you entering into any commercial premises or paying any entry fees.
Please be as stealthy as you can at both the listing co-ordinates and the final hide.
The final cache is at N 52 2a.bcd W 001 4e.fgh where:-

b = number of letters in the name of the writer of the quote around the edge divided by 3
c = number of letters in the place just a few degrees from Rugby
d = number of letters in the word in the direction of Nuneaton
e = number of letters in the "zero" word
f = number of letters in the TOWN apparently closest to Solihull
g = number of corners minus the number of letters in either of the words either side of "rue"
h = number of letters in the town between Bromsgrove and Worcester
Checkdigits: All digits N add up to 32 and all digits W add up to 29.
