The playground has been there for many years, at least 10, and has undergone a few major upgrades. Once, it was only a surface of patched concrete, with plenty of cracks and wavy places. Children used to use it as a sledge track in the winter, until renovations came and a tall, steel fence was placed, obstructing the way for the sledges which came from a little uphill. At least the concrete was changed as well, and now is a more leveled, uniform surface. During summer there are many kids in there of all ages playing all kinds of games, mostly football, and in winter it is often to find kids going down the hill with sledges, on the sides of the field where the end point isn't a hard steel fence, but rather a much more confortable tree.
The cache is placed in a clever place, and you will have to watch for muggles, mostly curious children.
