The gravel road from close to the water works south of the airport is good for most of the way to the turn-off to the Jeep track. Near the Jeep track there are a few sudden dips, so drive slowly. The Jeep track itself is sandy and has some steep parts, so a 4x4 vehicle, or an easy walk, is required.
