A Wing & A Prayer Multi-Cache

Pretty sure Caesar did NOT go into battle on a "wing and a prayer" . . . there . . . Do you see what I did there? I managed to turn another piece of Roman history into a geocache for The "HIDES" of March VI Event!
This is a 2 stage Multi-cache, but you will need a special tool for stage 1 (check attributes).
At Stage 1 you will find the last 3 digits necessary for both the North and West FINAL coordinates.
The FINAL will be almost impossible to find unless you come to Stage 1 with the correct tool. If you come ill-prepared, let's just say you will be searching on a "wing and a prayer."
Good luck . . . Oh, by the way . . . this cache will be MUCH easier to find after dark!
