This cache to celebrate the Year of the Goat, was placed for the 2015 Chinese New Year.

The supplied coordinates are bogus, although going there, you might find a place where goats and sheep can safely graze, but you would not find a cache. You'll need to gather the coordinates from the 11 other animal caches of the Chinese Zodiac in the CNY15 series to find the coordinates for this cache.

In the near East, it is not uncommon to find shepherd's flocks comprised of both goats and sheep. Both animals were tamed very early in history and both animals are a source of milk, meat and fabrics. Both animals mingle together in the same herd, but the shepherd separates the sheep from the goats because of the goat's unruly nature, lust and bad smell, while the sheep are very compliant animals and follow a leader easily.
