I'm talking about parachuting.... without the chute. Keep any children you might have with you away from the edge. After a cache nearby got archived, I jumped all over that opportunity. Look at the middle/north staircase at the very top. There is an elevator nearby and a person in a wheelchair COULD get to it from there it would just be kind of hard.
