" This area has been designated as a place where mural artists, young people of the area, in fact, just about anybody, is allowed to paint the overpass' concrete understructures without prior approval and without the worry of legal repercussions. Geocachers, be aware that the cache has been moved to the grassy area just outside Graffiti Alley due to recurring vandalism and the cache coordinates reflect this slight change in location.
