Entering the Dead Ends Traditional Cache

I was driving to school tonight at the nearby technical college and noticed a new road, yes I haven't been paying attention to the construction. I ventured into the area and found a road that looks like it will always be a dead end. 

I think this cache should be easy to find so at this point I will not be including a hint.
