Potluck lunch, your hosts will supply paper products, utensils, trash bags. I'll look at grilling something. You guys bring the pie. And maybe some other food too.
Last bit of the road to the pavilion is dirt, can be a bit challenging in a small car, but this is not a 4x road.
There's no dumpster or garbage can here, bring it in, pack it out. Perhaps some lucky cacher can win the trash in a drawing! 
I've got a permit for the pavilion, they included a gate combo for the gated parking that surrounds the pavilion. As the outer parking is limited, geocachers should park inside the gate, leave the outside area for the horse trailers and other users.
