I LOVE Reading and I LOVE Books. Seems only fitting to revolve a Geocache around my favourite Authors/Book Series.
This mystery is in 2 parts. Stage 1 will earn you the co-ordinates, Stage 2 will help you obtain a specific location & learn the code you will need to access the Geocache. (Do NOT attempt to open the cache without this code).
PLEASE NOTE: While Stage 1 can be completed at any time, the co-ordinates will lead you to an area that is ONLY ACCESSIBLE DURING CERTAIN HOURS:
Monday to Friday 10am-5pm
Saturday 9.30-12pm
STAGE ONE:
Using whichever research method you prefer, answer the following questions to complete the co-ordinates.
S37 02.ABC E143 44.DBA
A: Aussie author John Marsden (who also wrote the fantastic Tomorrow when the War began series) published his first novel ‘So much to tell you’ in 19?7.
B: How many books are in the wonderful & world-wide famous series written by J.K.Rowling?
C: Swedish author Stieg Larsson, author of the incredible Millennium Trilogy, sadly died on what day in November 2004?
D: ‘The Coffin Dancer’ is book number ? in Jeffery Deaver’s amazing Lincoln Rhyme series?
(Answers should add up to 26 if all correct)
STAGE TWO:
At the co-ordinates you will find a popular container used in Geocaching. The hide is in plain view as soon as you step inside the doors. Inside you will find the Instructions for Stage 2.
