This cache will take you to the southwest part if the park. This little valley between the hills makes for a nice short hike from the main parking lot. Nice open woods here; very little honey suckle.
I hid this one just as winter storm Thor was hitting the area. The cache is a half gallon repurposed container. Stocked with swag. STAY AWAY FROM THE MAINTENANCE AREA!!! There is no need to go through there and you will miss the best part of this park. Any issues and I will have to remove the cache. You may only access this cache from the park. Do not try to approach from the within eyeshot private property. Stealth needed in the winter, but should be okay in the summer. Be sure to put the lid back on properly. The park closes ½ hour after sunset.
