In addition to the normal smiley this special cache allows for multiple FTF's! Each cacher who follows the steps below can claim FTF for this cache til the end of February. The cache also includes special swag! A very basic gps is in the cache (very very basic) for anyone who is just starting out in geocaching. If you are that person or you know who they are please feel free to take the gps and join the hunt!
to Claim an FTF:
- This special opportunity is available til the end of February (the month it was placed)
- Please include the GC # of the cache and the date you found it.
- Please give a small story about the find and what brought you to it.
For example, Our first FTF was GC2BFAE, in Freeman, SD on 7/10/2010 in the front yard of a home, The cache was an unusual and interesting container and it took us a while to find it with our flashlights because it was after dark (9:41 PM) when we finally made the grab. It was somewhat nerve racking to work with a flashlight in someone's lawn but we really wanted to chalk up an FTF. It was the 336th cache we had found up to that point in our caching career. We have since found a total of 301 FTF's as of 2/13/2015
