Geocache Description:

Take a stroll through nature and find the rocky barrens this site is named for.  The container is a vietnam war era m164 telescope case.

This geocache is in place with a special use permit from the conservation department

Right off one of the many hiking paths on a Missouri Conservation site. A great hike with the kids and dogs!

UPDATE!! While we were on vacation in Thailand our original container went missing. It is now replaced with a metal tin container. Also weeds were really high when it was replaced this July 3rd and our dogs got tons of burrs and ticks so best to leave them at home and spray down!!
