There are two ways to solve this puzzle:
1) You can be very clever (or lucky) and solve the puzzle as is, or,
2) If you have a Chirp enabled Garmin GPS you can go the the posted coordinates and receive a transmission of the key to solving the cipher. Make sure your device has chirp enable turned on. Your device should receive the signal within 30 ft. of the posted coordinates.
If you do not have a Garmin device that can read a Chirp, you can download an app on your android smartphone called "CHIRP" (seach on "chirp gps"). This app will also receive the transmission. I do not know of an Apple iOS app that will do this.

The difficulty rating is based on the solving of the puzzle without help of the beacon. The cache itself is easy enough to find. You will need to bring your own writing stick and watch for muggles!
