How Geocaching Works

Please note Use of services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer.

Geocache Description:

Fine Pair - Oakley

This is #158 in a series of caches where a red telephone box is in close proximity to a post box. The only rule is that they have to be able to be photographed together, and the phone boxes have to be red.

Please be careful to replace the clip-top lid securely on the box. As you will see, the integrity of the cache is dependent on the clip-top lid being secure.

To find the co-ordinates, check the following:
The Post Box No = SL4 ab
The number for the Phone Box = (01753) cdefgh

The final co-ordinates are Nab ec.d(b+g)(d+e) W000 f(g-b).(h-c)(d+e)(e+f)

The Fine Pair series was originally started by wizardsmum.

If anybody would like to place 'A Fine Pair' of their own please do, I would just ask that you let mattd2k at know first so he can keep track of the numbers and names to avoid duplication.

He also keeps a public Bookmark List of this series so once your cache is published please contact him via his profile page to have yours added.

Congratulations to Crumpit's-Dad for the FTF!
