No UALR Parking Traditional Cache

In our quest to hide a few caches for friends of ours that are very close to completing their year geostreak, we picked this spot close to their neighborhood.  Since both members of St. Rock have degrees from UALR, we thought the sign at ground zero was funny.  The sign says parking for patrons of Broadmoor Shopping Center only, but no one shopping at these stores would ever park in this area.  The sign clearly is to keep UALR students from parking here and walking across the street.  Guess they thought that "No UALR Parking" was too negative.  Enjoy the easy smiley here, but watch out for traffic muggles as they can be backed up at the light frequently.
