The cache is not at the published coordinates. 

 

 

Project indigo was an experiment in Dr. Who to develop teleportation. 

UNIT developed it by reverse engineering Sontaran technology.

It was tested by Martha Jones and the first thing it did was to take her home.

Doctor Who has been going for over 50 years now and in the sheer number of episodes, teleportation has inly been used rarely.
