We were out geocaching and found a perfect spot for another hide. We saw this huge Oak tree and thought that is a great landmark. Although the sign says no trespassing beyond the fence that we chose this other tree that is on the road side. For all you ferry riders here is a quick park and grab. The lid should be easy to open. There are some fun goodies I just put in the cache!
This experience can be an adventure. It is on the way or on the way back from the Lynchberg Ferry There is a gravel road in front of the trees and the BIG OAK TREE is behind a fence. The cash is not in the fenced area. For some it may be a quick park and grab and for some it may take a few minutes.
