CARW2015 Home of the Beaver Traditional Cache

This cache is located in the lovely Chickakoo Recreation Area, on the Nature's Way path. This is a favorite location our family likes to come and go hiking. It is a lovely little gem tucked out of the way in Parkland County. Accessible all year round. Winter you can snowshoe and cross country ski on these fabulous trails.

Inspired by the name of this cache in the spring - fall months you can find a beaver den just below in the pond. It is also extremely easy to see evidence of them making their homes all around if you take a good look. 

You are looking for a small lock n lock camo colour. 

This cache may in future years not be as winter friendly, simply dependent on snow fall and how well the surrounding trees protect it, possibly an easy to dig out one though.
