One of our favorite things to do as we travel and camp in our motor home, is to sit around a campfire at night and roast marshmallows or make S'mores.
My favorite S'more recipe is to replace the chocolate bar with lemon pie filling. Put a dab of cold lemon pie filling on a graham cracker and when your marshmallow is nice and toasty add to the top and cover with another graham cracker. It tastes so much like Lemon Meringue Pie.
