Chuck Wagon Traditional Cache

We asked permission of the establishment when placing this cache, but they ask if it is open to please let them know what you are doing. Asking them the location of the cache is not in the spirit of geocaching. Please find the hide on your own!! If you can't find it email us! Please do not climb on it!! Cache size is between a nano & a micro, and contains a log only. You must bring you own writing instrument. Please re-hide exactly as you found it.

Vehicles of this type were used on the cattle drives that came through this part of the country in years past. They carried not only food for the men working these cattle drives, but weapons, tools, clothing, and many other things used by them. They were also a gathering point for when they stopped for the night. Wagons similar to this, but larger were also used by settlers as they moved west spreading across the country. We hope you enjoy seeing this one. Please do not climb on it! Please do not let children climb on it! This could be a high muggle area at times so be stealthy!!
