Geocache Description:

This cache will bring you to a pleasant little park well used by walkers and doggies as well as a little park for the younger members of your caching crew. The park is mainly replanted native trees but does have a mixture of exotics also.

An apple a day keeps the doctor away, a popular saying extolling the virtues of eating healthy. The first written recording of this was made in Pembrokeshire, Wales in the 1860’s. The original saying is reported to be “Eat an apple on going to bed, and you’ll keep the doctor from earning his bread”. Apples themselves have many healthy virtues being low in calories and salt and high in fibre and vitamin C. My advice , eat more apples.

Cache itself is a 200ml sistema container. There is no need for doctors to stay away
