In my close to half a year of geocaching, I've learned that those within the geocaching community tend to have many different types of goals. First and foremost obviously is to visit beautiful places and have great experiences while on the journey to the cache. But then there are goals that go beyond just finding any particular geocache, whether it being filling maps, calendar grids, difficulty/terrain grids, so many things I would have never thought of on my own, and I haven't even scratched the surface.
One of the most popular that I have come across however is that of amassing a huge streak of geocache finds. To me, most of these challenges don't intrigue me, but I did try my hand at keeping a streak going, and it only lasted 13 days, streaking just isn't for me I guess, but I know it is for many of you, which is where this cache comes into play.
It's a simple challenge, that many of you will have probably completed way before you've even begun reading this description. To log this cache your longest streak must be 30 days or more. 30 seemed like a good number since I know from my personal experiences that there's plenty of things that keep me going from caching on any particular day, whether it be work, personal issues, or just bad weather, so to keep it going for a month you have to be committed. Once you've logged the physical cache, you'll have the choice of just including the date that your streak ran from, and/or a screenshot certainly wouldn't hurt either. The physical cache must be signed as well, and I will periodically check to make sure all those who have logged this cache have both met the streak requirement along with the logging of the physical cache itself.Β
The cache is at the posted coordinates, and this find should be relatively easy to make, so as always, good luck and happy caching/streaking!
